2. Do I need to provide anything, or do the teams already have the products and equipment?
Our teams are fully equipped with all the necessary products and equipment to clean your home or business efficiently and with high quality. You do not need to worry about providing any materials. If you have preferences for specific products, we will be happy to accommodate them.
3. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home. Our teams are trained to clean efficiently even in your absence. Just inform us of access instructions.
4. How many people will be sent to perform the service?
We usually send teams of two. However, for specific services like carpet or window cleaning, we send specialized solo technicians.
5. How long will the service take?
Most services last between 1 to 5 hours. More detailed services may take longer or require more than one day.
6. Do the teams move furniture or appliances?
No, for safety reasons, our teams do not move furniture or fragile items. We recommend preparing the space beforehand.
7. If I want to tip the cleaner, how should I do it?
Tips must be added to the final service payment and not given directly to the cleaner. We’ll pass it on to the team.
8. What is the 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
If you’re not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it for free.
9. How do I pay?
Once approved, we’ll send an invoice with links for payment via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, bank transfer, or check.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, Cash, and Check.
11. How does a Gift Cleaning work?
Book as if it were for yourself. Enter the gift recipient’s details and we’ll handle everything.
12. Is dishwashing or laundry included?
No. These can be added as extras upon request.
13. How do I reschedule or cancel, and are there fees?
Notify us 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur a 20% fee of the service value.
14. Does the company offer any discounts?
Yes. Referral, first-time, senior, and veteran discounts. Also seasonal discounts throughout the year.
15. What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?
Inform us beforehand. For safety, keep pets secured during the service.
16. How is the service charged?
Fixed rate agreed upon before service. We don’t charge hourly.
17. Can I make changes to the service?
Yes. Contact us to adjust the service. Don’t instruct the team directly.
18. I need an emergency cleaning. How do I book?
Text us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Extra fees apply.
19. Are there extra fees for dishwashing or laundry?
$20 per extra dishwashing cycle. $50 per laundry load.
